Return & Refund Policy
The flowers that have been bought cannot be exchanged or returned. Unless you receive a flower arrangement or product that is different from what you have ordered, then will we replace it according to your order.
However, a customer is eligible for a refund if the product is out of stock. Our customer care will contact you to confirm the refund process.
Refund can be done by contacting Customer Service, either through live chat, email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or Whatsapp (+62 812 2359 9800). The Customer Service Team will confirm the data by contacting you directly.
The process will be based on the chosen payment method. The method of payment made at Outerbloom can be done in various ways, namely credit cards and bank transfers.The average take time is 3 to 14 working days after the evaluation process for returning goods.
